Molded Cases - Structural Resin (SR) Construction
These cases add to Melmat’s proprietary line of injection molded conductive cases. Model Number: KP192-2020-0004

We offer a conductive carrying case with internal dimensions of 20 1/2" X 12" X 8". It is injection molded, using LNP STAT-CON AC-1104 conductive ABS. The case features a handle and latches of the same material, and an"O-ring" seal. Cushion inserts are provided, to customer specifications.

It is filled with convoluted cushioning. The polyurethane cushioning compresses so that up to 80% of the filled container is available for contents. When the case is closed, the convolutions interlock holding various shaped parts securely in place.

    The secret is the tongue-and-groove fit with a neoprene o-ring acting as a waterproof seal.  Also, the Automatic Pressure Equalization Valve releases built-up pressure while keeping water molecules out, resulting in a watertight case.
