Shipping Charges

All in-stock merchandise is shipped by the next/same business day.

Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be automatically added to orders shipped within the State of California.

* Payment by company check: Orders will not be shipped prior to checks posting as cleared. There is a $25.00 fee for returned checks.

Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the quality or performance of your order we will gladly replace the product or refund your money (at your option) within thirty days after the purchase.  Any liability, either express or implied is limited to replacement of the product.  This guarantee is void only if the Melmat, Inc. product has been abused beyond normal and sensible wear and tear.

PLEASE NOTE: 

Melmat, Inc. will accept returns on new products only.

All returns must be accompanied by a return authorization number (RMA).  Please contact us at: 714-379-4555 or by e-mail, for authorization and return instructions.  Please include a copy of the original invoice so we can process your return quickly.
